Our Partners

LACES partners with different organizations in Los Angeles so that members are connected to different volunteering service opportunities.

REGIS HOUSE

Regis House serves â€‹children in South Central L.A through after-school care. LACES volunteers at Regis House plan and create after-school enrichment activities for the children in addition to classroom supervision.

CHICAS VERDES

Chicas Verdes empowers students in South Central L.A. to create healthy, sustainable systems in their communities through eliminating disparities in four areas: food access, green space, water quality, and waste management. LACES volunteers help maintain the garden at Manual Arts High School and provide mentorship to the students.

THE KARSH CENTER

The Karsh Center is provides a variety of family services, including food, sanitation, career, and education, to the community of Koreatown. LACES volunteers help by planning donation drives (such as holiday gifts and birthday kits) and food pantry data entry and analysis.

HOLLYWOOD FOOD COALITION

The Hollywood Food Coalition works to ensure that every individual has food, community, and support. The community dinner program provides hot meals to the unhoused, low-income, and food insecure community of Hollywood. LACES volunteers help through meal preparation and distribution.
